Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

The Service provides e-invoice data import, expense categorization, spending analysis, and family ledger sharing, offered under a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Plus / Family). The subscription terms, auto-renewal, and refund policy for paid plans are set out separately in the Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms, which carry equal force with these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

• The Service authenticates sign-in through third-party OAuth (Google); you must ensure the Google account you use is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account access. Except where attributable to us, you are responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own failure to safeguard it.
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately using the contact details below.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload invoices that are not your own transactions, or falsified financial data, to defraud service benefits or mislead others.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or other abnormal means to make bulk requests to the Service or bypass rate/usage limits.
• Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, disrupt the normal operation of, or undermine the security mechanisms of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.) or public order and morals.
• Impersonate another person or provide false personal information when registering an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are subscribed to and charged via Google Play Billing. Pricing, billing cycle, free trial, auto-renewal, and cancellation/refund methods are disclosed in the Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms and presented again on the Google Play purchase page before purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, interface design, trademarks, icons, and copy of the Service are owned by us or third parties who license their use to us. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, or use them commercially.

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the Service (e.g. invoice records, transaction details). You grant us a license to process such data to the extent necessary to provide the Service, resolve support issues, and produce de-identified statistical analysis.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Categorization suggestions, financial analysis, and statistics provided by the Service are for reference only and do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
• E-invoice data parsing (including CSV import and Big5 decoding) may misread data due to invoice formatting, print quality, or system limitations. We continuously work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee 100% correctness — please verify entries yourself after recording.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Suspension and Termination

• If you violate these Terms (e.g. system abuse, fraud, infringement of others' rights), we may suspend or terminate your account and, where warranted, report the matter to competent authorities.
• You may terminate your use of the Service at any time via the account deletion feature or by contacting us; data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
• If we must discontinue all or part of the Service, we will provide advance notice within the Service or by email, and handle any unexpired paid entitlements per the Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms.

8. Minors

The Service is not designed for children under 13. If you have not reached the age of full legal capacity, you may only use the paid features of the Service with the consent of, and payment arrangements made by, your legal guardian.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms due to legal or service changes; the effective date above will be updated and announced within the Service. For material changes, your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Miscellaneous

• Force majeure: we are not liable for any delay or failure to provide the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, network or power outages, or governmental actions.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
• No waiver: our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the New Taipei District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance.
