Delete Account
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This page provides SASUGOD!Jars account deletion information and a public request entry point as required by Google Play policy, viewable with or without the app installed. Sign in on this page to request deletion directly, or use Settings → Danger Zone within the app.
1. What Happens After Deletion
- Your account status is immediately marked as deleted; signing back in to the Service is treated as a fresh setup.
- The following data is immediately and permanently erased: transaction records, recurring income/expense rules, monthly income settings, categorization settings, AI classification rules, wishlist items, piggy bank deposits, tax reserve settings, family ledger membership, wealth ladder declarations, phone and carrier verification data, and your email index.
- A single audit record (member ID and deletion timestamp) is retained for compliance purposes; it does not include any of the financial details listed above.
2. Data Retained Only Where Legally Required
- Transaction records required to be retained under tax/e-invoice regulations (currently up to 5 years under common practice) remain in backend audit records until that period expires, after which they are deleted.
- Subscription and transaction records are retained until the statutory limitation period for refund disputes and legal compliance has expired.
3. Scope
This deletion only removes data collected and generated by this Service (Jars). Your SASUGOD member sign-in identity (your Google login) is shared across multiple SASUGOD products, and neither this page nor the in-app deletion entry removes it.
Accordingly, if you continue to use other SASUGOD products, those services and your sign-in identity are unaffected; you can start fresh the next time you sign in to this Service.
If you wish to delete your entire SASUGOD member identity (your shared sign-in across all products), please contact us separately using the details below and we will assist you.
Also, deleting your Service account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription — please cancel it separately from the Google Play "Subscriptions" page to avoid further charges.
4. If You Can No Longer Sign In
If you can no longer sign in to the Service (e.g. you lost access to your sign-in method), please email support@sasugod.com with the Google account email you registered with; we will complete deletion within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request.
